Gillingham Area Car Link is a donation funded service manned by volunteers which offers assistance to people in the SP8 area who need help with transport. Primarily it is orientated to medical transport to hospitals and surgeries.
The service is also available for: Visiting friends and relations in hospital; Collecting shopping, library books, prescriptions etc.; To and from hairdressers and barbers.
The service operates through a co-coordinator via the contact telephone number on which a message can be left. We are always looking for volunteer drivers and co-coordinators to help us and if you feel that you can help please contact Mrs. Dianne Stuckey 01747 821737. To request transport please ring 07599 311443. Please give 48 hours' notice if possible.
