NDN accepts Commercial Advertising on the NDN Events Blog provided the event takes place in the NDN geographic catchment area and on condition that a 10% ticket-value fee is payable by the event organiser for all ticket sales (wholly or partly) attributable to NDN. For the present this fee is payable by deducting 10% from ticket charges payable by customers who quote NDN as their source of information about the relevant event. As to what constitutes a Commercial Event, NDN decides and their decision is final. NDN reserve the right to edit advertising copy submitted to the NDN Events Blog or elsewhere within the NDN site without prior notification or to remove postings entirely. Normally, but without prejudice to NDN's decision, events organised by community groups and charities are not treated as Commercial. If you are in any doubt whether these criteria apply to your event or do not accept this condition, please do not post.
